At the moment, we’re looking for a UGC Creative Strategist to help us shape the future of online furniture retail.

In this position, you’ll

• Develop creative UGC concepts and content briefs tailored for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms;
• Collaborate with the Social Lead, who will be responsible for the overall social strategy and creative testing;
• Identify trending hooks and creative angles through in-depth competitor and market research;
• Brief and support Partnership teams in sourcing creators and producing high-quality UGC content;
• Provide clear guidance on scripts, hooks, filming requirements, product presentation, and expected deliverables;
• Direct and collaborate on the editing process to ensure content is optimized for social-first platforms;
• Use creative testing results and performance insights to improve UGC concepts and develop new variations of winning content;
• Work closely with Social and Paid Media teams to align UGC production with campaign objectives and performance goals.

We expect that you have

• Experience in UGC content creation, creative strategy, social media marketing, or digital advertising;
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, and other short-form content platforms;
• Good communication and writing skills in both Lithuanian and English
• A creative mindset combined with a performance-driven approach;
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills;
• A passion for social media, digital culture, and content innovation.

• Gross salary from 2600 - 3800 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
