At the moment, we’re looking for a TikTok Ads Strategist who will own the creative direction and management of local TikTok accounts across the Furniture1 group, shaping content based on trends, brand identity, and industry topics.

In this position, you’ll

• Create, develop and continuously refine TikTok content for local accounts aligned with brand strategy and performance insights;
• Collaborate with in-house editors/team working with UGCs to ensure smooth execution from idea to delivery;
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align TikTok creative content with broader marketing and communication goals;
• Collaborate with local teams in support to actively monitor and engage in accounts’ activity in different languages;
• Stay ahead of social media and cultural trends, proactively translating them into relevant, brand-aligned content ideas.

We expect that you have

• Experience managing TikTok accounts, creating content, or working in social media marketing;
• Good communication and writing skills in both Lithuanian and English
• A strong understanding of TikTok trends, platform dynamics, and audience engagement strategies;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Experience working with UGC creators, influencers is considered an advantage
