At the moment, we’re looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator to help us shape the future of online furniture retail.

In this position, you’ll

• Oversee Offline Media Content Production. While you won't handle planning or contracts, you will ensure that content - including radio spots, TV clips, and voiceovers -is produced and delivered on time;
• Bridge the gap between Influencer/UGC and Performance Marketing teams. You will be involved in video journey to ensure that the videos created are passed on in correct forms to use in different channels across the group brands;
• Collaborate with local marketing specialists. Ensure that local marketing projects are delivered with a "local spice" and remain culturally relevant to each specific market;
• Support new market entries. From time to time provide coordination and tactical support when launching in new countries to ensure a smooth and consistent brand rollout;
• Improve current workflows, processes and help identify key opportunities for growth.

We expect that you have

• Good communication and writing skills in both Lithuanian and English;
• Proven leadership and project delivery skills;
• Strong communication and problem-solving;
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, attention to detail and a creative mindset.

• Gross salary from 2400 - 3000 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
