At the moment, we’re looking for an IT support specialist to help us shape the future of online furniture retail.

In this position, you’ll

• Be the frontline of the IT department for our team & colleagues across all Europe. First point of contact in regards of urgent issues for ex. problems encountered with Call center software
• Communicate with colleagues from various European countries to understand and resolve their IT-related issues
• Evaluate and prioritise incoming requests based on urgency and business impact to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Implement IT changes and improvements
• Contribute to IT security initiatives and implementation
• Write documentation for internal processes
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
• Test and maintain software to ensure quality and performance
• Maintain company's hardware resources
• Be encouraged to identify, suggest and implement automated solutions for manual tasks
• Work in a multi-functional, self-organized team.

We expect that you have

• Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise workload based on importance and impact

• The ability to effectively use Google, documentation, and other research tools
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving mindset
• Interest in keeping up with up-to-date technology
• English and Lithuanian communication skills
• Patience and empathy when assisting or training people in matters of IT
• Experience with Windows environment administration is a plus

• Gross salary from 1850 - 2500 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
