At the moment, we’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the way in building strategic influencer partnerships, especially on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

In this position, you’ll

• Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with influencers, content creators across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok;
• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand and performance goals;
• Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers across multiple European markets, tailoring campaigns to local audiences while maintaining brand consistency;
• Brainstorm and co-develop creative campaign ideas with influencers that feel authentic and brand-aligned;
• Track and report on campaign performance, including engagement, ROI, and other KPIs;
• Manage campaign operations: contracts, budgets, invoicing, and analytics;
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to integrate influencer efforts with social, paid, and content strategies.

We expect that you have

• Experience in influencer marketing and a strong interest in this field;
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights;
• Confidence in negotiating deals and building strong creator relationships;
• An up-to-date knowledge of the influencer space and top content creators;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience with influencer platforms and performance marketing tools is a plus.

• Gross salary from 2200 - 3100 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
