We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Manager (English Language) to help us grow in the United Kingdom market.

In this position, you’ll

• Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues;
• Understand customers’ needs and provide guidance in our e-shop;
• Place orders with manufacturers;
• Maintain effective communication between logistics/planning, customer service/sales, and production/manufacturing teams.

We expect that you have

• Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in English;
• Strong customer communication skills;
• A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience;
• The ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.

• Gross salary from 2100 - 2500 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
