We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer service manager (Norwegian language) to help us grow in the Norwegian market.

In this position, you’ll

  • Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues;
  • Understand Customer’s needs and provide guidance in our e-shop;
  • Place orders with manufacturers;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to maintain effective communication between logistics / planning functions, customer service / sales, and production / manufacturing floor;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Able to multi-task and solve problems in a timely manner;
  • Detail-oriented with solid written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

We expect that you have

  • Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Norwegian;
  • Strong customer communication skills;
  • Decent English for daily communication with the team and colleagues;
  • A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience;
  • Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.

  • Gross salary from 2200 - 2650 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
