We are currently looking for a bright and motivated Customer Service Manager (Danish language) to help us grow in the Danish market.
Working days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

In this position, you’ll
- Advise and assist our clients in choosing the right furniture and resolving day-to-day issues;
- Understand Customer’s needs and provide guidance in our e-shop;
- Place orders with manufacturers;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills;
- Ability to maintain effective communication between logistics / planning functions, customer service / sales, and production / manufacturing floor;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Able to multi-task and solve problems in a timely manner;
- Detail-oriented with solid written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment.
We expect that you have
- Excellent verbal, written & listening skills in Danish;
- Strong customer communication skills;
- Decent English for daily communication with the team and colleagues;
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience;
- Ability to multi-task and take responsibility & ownership in challenging situations;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a team: a friendly, empathic and solution-oriented person.

- Gross salary from 1350 - 1600 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
