At the moment, we’re looking for a Conversion rate optimization manager to help us shape the future of online furniture retail.

In this position, you’ll

• Work closely with the marketing and UI/UX teams to create and test ideas that improve website performance and boost conversions
• Take the lead on CRO projects from researching user behavior to running A/B tests and applying results
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and writers to turn insights into high-performing, conversion-focused experiences
• Optimize landing pages, product pages, checkouts, and upsells to reduce friction and increase AOV and sales
• Use tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel analytics to identify pain points and guide improvements
• Track key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, AOV, and page speed to measure success and drive ongoing optimization.

We expect that you have

• A good understanding of how online ads and e-commerce funnels work
• Strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English to share ideas and results clearly
• An eye for spotting where users drop off and how to fix it
• A mix of creative and data-driven thinking to improve user experience and performance
• Experience with A/B testing tools and platforms like Google Analytics
• Bonus if you’re familiar with design tools like Figma to help communicate ideas visually.
