At the moment, we’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager to help us shape the future of online furniture retail.
In this position, you’ll
- Actively search for new partners and identify growth opportunities to expand our business presence;
- Build and refine a sales framework;
- Manage and grow the existing partner portfolio, ensuring long-term relationships and identifying upsell potential;
- Initiate and lead negotiations with key stakeholders to secure B2B contracts;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our solutions meet partner needs and market standards.
We expect that you have
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development with a focus on partner acquisition;
- Ability to build structured sales processes and manage a healthy sales pipeline;
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a focus on finding new commercial opportunities;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Lithuanian and English.

- Gross salary from 1800 - 2800 EUR/month based on your experience and skills
